More than 50 interested guests came together for the “Thinking ahead together” dialog workshop on June 8, 2024, in the Ratsstuben Geretsried. The aim was to involve all stakeholders in the project at an early stage and facilitate a constructive exchange. The schools and public institutions kicked things off, followed by the clubs and associations, and the event concluded with citizens.
After the team and the current project status were presented, visitors were able to ask questions and contribute their ideas, wishes and suggestions. The focus was on possible synergies, cooperation, and the sustainable integration of the school into the existing environment.
The interactive, well-attended and productive workshop was a successful start to the collaboration with all those involved in the town of Geretsried. The ideas, wishes and concerns expressed by the local population will be documented and incorporated into the process.
Further dialog workshops are planned to continue the cooperation with all those involved and thus make the Geretsried sports high school a pilot project for the entire region.
